Troubleshooting common install issues: if the APK fails to install, confirm that Unknown Sources is enabled in your phone's Security settings, and check that your device storage has at least 50 MB free. If you see a certificate-trust warning, this is normal for sideloaded apps—tap "Install anyway" to proceed. On iOS, if the web app does not launch fullscreen after you add it to the home screen, try removing it and re-adding it, or use Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data to reset your browser cache. If login credentials are rejected, confirm your username or email address is spelled correctly, and use the "Forgot password?" link if you are unsure of your password.
